Pro speedy plumbers are amazing. We had a wall fixed toilet which wasn’t very sturdy. They came round and took it out, cleaned the bathroom and put in a standing toilet. So quick and efficient and so much better.

I am very happy to recommend Pro Speedy Plumbers. Our boiler was old and finally gave up the ghost so we were without heating and hot water. Jamil installed a new boiler, power flushed the system and got everything working again very quickly. He is professional and friendly and it was no trouble to have him working in my house. He also rectified a couple of issues that were not compliant with current regulations at no extra cost. The price was very reasonable and the work has been carried out to a very good standard. I would definitely use this company again and plan to call him to service the new boiler when needed and for any other plumbing issues I might have in future.

Pro Speedy Plumbers was excellent. They fixed a leak that three other plumbers couldn’t diagnose, turned up on time, and was professional and tidy. The issue turned out to be a simple elbow joint on the boiler’s condensate exit pipe, which he identified and replaced quickly. All sorted in one visit, the day before Christmas. Highly recommended!

Jamil of Pro Speedy Plumbers is a true credit to his profession. Working with him was simply a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend him enough.

Not only is Jamil highly skilled (as you'd hope any gas and plumbing engineer with a gas safety certificate would be) but he is also calm, patient, understanding, and he explains everything in a clear, simple way—and *that* is the mark of true skill and expertise.
Jamil understood that when he arrived, we were in a state of extreme stress: our gas line had been forcefully shut off for over 24 hours, even as we kept receiving confusing, inconsistent information, when we managed to get any information at all (though not for lack of trying). The multiple entities and people we had already dealt with at that point had ignored us, been indifferent, dismissive, exasperated, condescending. When we asked them for information or expressed concern and distress, they acted as though we were just overreacting and annoying, and we just didn't understand anything anyway. By stark contrast, Jamil was respectful, analytical, meticulous yet efficient. And it was Jamil who found out what the problem was, what had happened, and he was able to fully explain everything to me—despite my lack of engineering degree, because yes, that is a possible thing to do. What's more, Jamil also taught me in passing some tips about boiler maintenance, taking his time so I could take careful notes.

We are so grateful to Jamil. He was at our house for maybe an hour at most. In that time, he solved our problem, gave us valuable advice for the future, brought a 24-hour long nightmare to its end and restored some sense of peace to our home. What more could anyone ask for?

I have requested the plumbing service to check my pipes to trace a leak which my neighbour below has on her ceiling and assumed it is from me. Jamil has discovered the leak in the flat above mine causing the leak to my neighbour below. He has pointed the leak location very quickly and effectively. Last week, we had a leaking roof and our Boiler go within one hour of each other. As a young family, this was a tremendous shock, but we needed to move very quickly. What became evident from this exercise, was that we were moving from a very old boiler, to a very new boiler, in a system that may not have been bled or chemically treated in +20 years. In retrospect, this context meant the job was always going to be "non-standard", but this is where the flexibility and sympathetic approach of Jamil and his team came in. The highlights for us were: 1, efficient and affordable diagnoses of resultant issues; 2, working day, night and weekends to solve; 3, not just putting a new boiler back in, but also having third party suppliers who "made better" a cabinet to store the unit, and made safer and more secure the electrics that supply the boiler; 4, constant availability through troubleshooting as we got used to the new boiler; 5, genuinely caring that because we are a young family, no hot water or heating is a serious issue. And it is on this last point, that I want to commend Jamil and I would highly recommend his service to others.
